Rejuvenate with Remote Holistic Healing
A Gateway to Health
Holistic medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the mind, body and spirit. As an experienced Chinese Medicine Practitioner (acupuncture and Medical Qigong), as well as an osteopath (traditional and biodynamic), I integrate a range of therapies, both in-person and remotely, to prevent and help treat disease and promote optimal health.

In these difficult times of global pandemic, remote (or distance) healing sessions are an ideal alternative to in-person sessions. Distance should not be considered a hindrance to treatment as they can transcend time and space. Furthermore, distance does not affect what the experienced therapist perceives during a treatment. Interestingly, my personal experience is that the subtile perceptory sensations and mouvements of the different tissues and structures of the body are even more precise and clear than in person. I would be very happy and grateful to assist you in your path to better health and wellness.
Treatments
Mind, Body and Soul
As an alternative health practitioner, I specialize in a variety of holistic treatment services that address the root causes and not just the symptoms of pains and ailments. The following are different types of treatments that may all be done remotely. Distance healing modalities can transcend the constraints of time and space and can still be clearly perceived by the experienced therapist. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me to find out more about how I could help you with your healing process.
Medical Qigong Session
An Ancient Science
Medical Qigong is one of the four branches of Traditional Chinese Medecine, which are: acupuncture, herbs and diet, massage therapy (Tuina) and Medical Qigong. It is a powerful energetic healthcare protocol for relaxing stress and emotional buildup, restoring energy flow, establishing healing of mind-body connections, and rebuilding organ strength. It works with the body's internal energy centers and pathways, and the the entire energetic field. Medical Qigong assists the body to activate its innate self-healing capability by correcting the root cause of illness. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Chakra Balancing Session
Balancing Your Qi
According to Traditional Chinese Medecine (TCM), there are three main internal energy centers rooted deep within the body (dantians), and nine chakras or energy vortices. These are connected within a central pole called the Taiji pole and support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of the self. Through the perception of highly subtle bioelectric fields, this unique treatment harmonizes the energy flow within the dantians, chakras and Taiji pole that have been disrupted by stress, pain, or illness.
Futhermore, each chakra or energy center can be associated to an endocrine gland and control its fonction. Therefore, an energy stagnation or disruption in a chakra may represent itself as a physical manifestation and symptomes associated to the glandes and organs it represents. The following is a resumé of the respective associations of the chakra-endocrine glands.
Root chakra: reproductive glands (testicules/ovaries) - controls the sexual development and secretes sexual hormones
Sacral chakra: surrenal glandes - regulates the immune system and the metabolism
Solar plexus chakra: pancreas - regulates the metabolism
Heart chakra: thymus - regulates the immune system
Throat chakra - thyroid gland - reguates temperature and the metabolism
Third eye chakra: pituitary - produces hormones and controls the other glands, sometimes associated to the pineal gland
Coronal chakra: pineal gland - regulates biological cycles

This unique experience leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed and in an optimal state for healing to occur.
Craniosacral Therapy Session
Flow of the Central Axis
The craniosacral therapy adresses a rhythmic system at the core of our physiology which can be perceived by the experienced therapist. It is a mouvement which, when it is free from blocages, flows in a tidal-like manner, at a rhythm of 6 to 10 cycles per minute. This pulsating wave extends from the center of the cranial bones, the brain, along the entire spinal cord to the sacrum bringing about the free flow of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) throughout the nervous system. William Sutherland, the father of Cranial Osteopathy, wrote that the CSF contained life energy, the "Breath of Life", being the highest element there was. He said that this force carried intelligence and consciousness to every cell and tissue of body, bringing life and optimal health.

It is therefore important that the different tissues and structures along the spine be free of mouvement in order to accomodate the pulsating wave. The slightest impact, lesion or distorsion may stretch or strain the system, causing a multitude of physical and emotional ailments. By liberating the different elements of the central axis (which can also be done remotely), craniosacral therapy helps the body regain its normal flow of cerebrospinal fluid which is crucial to our entire well-being.
Individualized Holistic Healing Session
A Unique Experience
Holistic medicine is a broad range of practices based on generations of tradition. This treatment utilizes all of my combined knowledge, sensory perception abilities and intuition attained through 26 years of experience to create a very unique and personalized treatment. As an osteopath, I am trained to feel the normal mobility of the different structures of the body and to identify the primary lesions that need to be adressed for normal fonction and mobility to return. Distance does not change in any way what I feel in my hands as I visualize the body and its elements. Thus, in the same way as an in-person treatment, a complete evaluation is performed.  A full body scan with all its structures (bones, fascias, muscles, tendons, ligaments, organs, components of the nervous system, etc.), as well as the organic liquids and electromagnetic fields is done to identify the blocages and lesions to then release them until the the normal mobility of the treated structure returns. This enables the body to return to normal health so it can self-heal and self-regulate. It is a global modality that addresses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspect of health.
Initial Consultation
Getting To Know You
On your first consultation (via phone or video call), you will be asked to answer a complete health questionnaire in order to better understand the energetic processes that may have caused imbalances in the energy flow of the body. It will also be important before the session to clearly identify your expectations and what results I believe can be attained in your specific case. I will explain what to expect during the session itself and answer any questions you may have.

The sessions usually last approximately 60 minutes but the first consulation is generally about 90 minutes since there will be many things to discuss before and after the treatment. You will be asked to lie comfortably, without any disturbances, and relax throughout the session. It is also preferable to remain awake, eyes closed and present to the moment to fully experience and participate in your healing process.

At the end of the session, you will be asked for feedback and descriptions of any sensations or other experiences you had during the treatment. I will also explain what specific dysfonctions I felt and harmonized and what was attained from the session and what should be done thereafter.

About Me
My Story
My journey began by a Bachelor's degree in microbiology (1993) and a Master's degree certificate in Community Health and Epidemiology (1994) at the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec in Canada (My mother tongue is french but I am bilingual).

During my studies, I took massage classes including Shiatsu, began meditation and Reiki training. This opened me to a whole new realm. At that time, I had a great interest in becoming a medical doctor but felt strongly pulled to alternative medecine having grown up with parents that always turned to it in times of illness. Shortly after beginning my career as a microbiologist, I decided to return to school to study acupuncture, a three year program, in Montreal. I then graduated as a certified acupuncturist in 1997 after an internship in Montreal and China and have been practicing full time since then. I was also introduced to Qigong then but it was only years later that I began my training as a practioner in Medical Qigong (2014). In between both trainings, I took my osteopathy classes which took me 10 years to complete and have been practicing since 2008.

My approach is a combination of both eastern and western methods. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. It is important to me to treat people with my hands and my heart and I always do the best I can to help them in their healing process.

Love and gratitude,
